Greater London - Secondary school - Avaya IP Office with ISDN30E and 120
extensions - Voicemail using Auto Attendant - various cabling internal/external
- The brief was to provide an updated phone system with Voicemail messaging
for all staff (including those without phones) and reduce their ongoing
maintenance and support costs which had spiralled out of control with their
previous supplier. The system went in over a summer holiday break with a
mixture of existing cabling along with new provided by us. We have reduced
their support costs and also saved them the cost of having their ISDN30E circuit
moved by BT. The PA to the Head Teacher has commented on more than one
occasion that we did what we said we would and was very pleased with our efforts
in general (we actually have another Greater London secondary school with
virtually the same configuration as this one).
Berkshire/London - International Software testing specialists - Avaya IP
Office with ISDN2E and 8 extensions- Voicemail - since increased to over 40 -
We originally supplied an office in central London which moved to their HQ
site in Berkshire. Since then they opened another London site running IP
handsets connecting back to the main site. More handsets were then added
in an office in Poland and they are considering adding 2 systems in the US and
another in Belgium all of which will use their VPN to conference back to the UK
using the IP Office conference resources saving them £1000.00's in external
conference bureau charges. If that goes ahead we will be organising the
whole installation from the UK
Central London - Advertising Agency - NEC XN120 - ISDN2E - 24 extensions -
Voicemail - Cat5E structured cabling - This was an office move with new
lines, system and cabling over two floors.
Surrey - IT company - various NEC and Avaya - this is a local IT company
with no in house cabling capability or phone system expertise - we've got to
know them over the years during which time they have recommended us to several
of their clients whom we have installed phone systems and cabling for some of
whom have since recommended us to businesses they know.
Surrey - Medical centre with GP practise - ISDN2E - 16 extensions - Voicemail
with Auto Attendant for 24 hour cover - The key thing here was to help them
handle large volumes of calls during busy periods allowing callers to select the
option they require from the attendant. Also to route callers out of hours
to the emergency backup service.
Surrey - Telecoms service provider - various NEC and Avaya - like the IT
company they have no in house phone system expertise and came to us in 2005
looking for someone they could trust in their accounts. We have since
installed various systems.
