Provide vital business management information - do you know how many of
your clients called you last week? Do you know how long it took to answer them?
Did some go unanswered? What about potential new clients - can you identify how
many called and how they were handled? Were all your lines in use at any point
stopping people from calling you? This information and much more can now be
readily, inexpensively and easily available - it can even be setup to be
automatically emailed to you in report format that suits you.
If you can utilise this information to help you retain existing clients or win new clients you otherwise
may not have, the system will start to pay for itself rather than just be yet
another business overhead you have to have just to make and receive phone calls.
Direct dial - allows enabled users to give out a number to regular callers that
bypasses the operator/switchboard which gives your operator more time to help
first time callers.
Call transfer off-site - if you have ISDN or voice over IP lines you are able to
transfer an incoming caller to someone out of the office to their mobile or home number
for example. You cam also forward calls to your office handset to a mobile/home number.
Emergency routing - if no-one can get into the office - for example a snow day - it is possible
to dial in, record an emergency greeting and then have all callers hear the greeting. This requires voicemail.
Voicemail - users have their own voicemail box which they can access in or out
of the office. Can also have their messages forwarded to email.
Again this saves time for operator who no longer needs to manually handle and
pass on messages.
Automated attendant - This can be used to backup the operator at peak times.
Call logging - the systems we provide include free call logging software
to give vital statistics to show you how your system is working for you.
Computer integration - dial from your email or contact database, the
incoming numbers - if not withheld - can also "pop" the callers record on screen
before or as you answer their call.
Mobile integration - calls to your extension can be forwarded or
transferred to your mobile phone - in some cases you can transfer the call back
from your mobile phone to the office.
