Planning stage
The first stage is creating a plan to clarify exactly how you want
your system to work based on discussions during the sales
process. This will form the
basis of the programming document and checklist for the engineers.
Liaison with line providers and project management
We will speak to your line providers on your behalf to make any
arrangements needed as part of the installation process. We will keep you
advised during the process and copied in on any communications. We will
organise any new lines and number porting as required.
Pre-install testing
We test and programme all the systems we install prior to bringing them
to your site. This eliminates out of box failures and makes for a smoother
installation.
On site install
The equipment is brought to site for connection to the lines and cabling,
one installed our project manager will then go through the checklist with your nominated
contact to verify that all scheduled tasks are complete.
Training and handover
Training will be carried out as per the plan - if needed and convenient training
for key personnel can be carried out the day prior to installation.
