The main equipment comes in a variety of configurations for
digital and analogue phones and with 2 layer 3 switched ports for connection to your
existing LAN. Expansion units can be added for
other telephones all of which are presented on the front of each unit for simple
connection to your structured cabling. When you need a new handset just plug in
and you're ready to go.

Display Handset - click image for close up
The display handsets are available in digital and IP versions and provide full CLI
(calling line identity) information with time and date display. They also include
call appearance buttons allowing you to quickly switch back and forth
between different calls by simply pressing the relevant button next to call in the display.

IP Office software
The Avaya IP Office comes with a range of management and user software that is designed
to make system programming easy and many handset features accessible from a users PC. The system itself
is not however dependent on having PC's running for its operation. The software includes;
PhoneManager Lite - operate your phone from your PC
Delta Server - saves call records in and out for import to Excel
Manager and Wizard - easy to use system programming software
System Status - alarms, window showing all live calls in progress and missed call details
