EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
The equipment comes with the
statutory 12 month return to manufacturer warranty for repair/replacement. The
statutory warranty does not cover on-site loan equipment and engineer visits to
collect/replace in the meantime. We provide this and other benefits as part of
our extended warranty maintenance support package as shown below;
- Replacement parts for all faulty equipment covered by maintenance contract
- Engineer visit and time on site within response times according to contract
level
- Telephone support
- Free remote programming changes - requires either ISDN lines or VPN access to
on-site admin PC
- Installation of phone system software upgrades
OPTIONS FOR COVER
We offer a full range of maintenance and support contracts with guaranteed response
times from standard Mon-Fri 9-5 up to 365 day round the clock cover. All the
telephone systems we provide have secure remote programming and
diagnostic capabilities as standard along with the capability to setup alarm thresholds
for various system performance aspects. These alarm reports can be emailed to you/us in
the event of a problem.
LIAISON WITH BT & OTHER LINE/CIRCUIT PROVIDERS
We will liaise with your chosen line provider in the event of any line
faults.
