"Making communications work for you"
Tips for deciding what type of system to go for
We have many clients who are happy to vouch for our capabilities, service and support. From a confidentiality point of view and to protect our customer base from competitors we haven't shown their names here. We will however be happy to put you in touch with any of the examples shown below should you wish to speak to them. Over the years we have also been contracted to work with various IT companies providing telephone systems at their clients. We have also installed many phone systems for a telecoms provider (that doesn't supply and install telecoms hardware) at their clients.
London - Communications agency - Avaya IP Office with ISDN2E and 10 extensions - Voicemail using Auto Attendant - here we replaced a BT system and checked and repaired issues with the existing structured cabling. The client wanted the new system installed very quickly - we got the job done within a week of getting the go ahead. Please see testimonials below for an unsolicited comment from one of the directors.
Surrey - Secondary school - Avaya IP Office with ISDN30E and 120 extensions - Voicemail using Auto Attendant - various cabling internal/external - The brief was to provide an updated phone system with Voicemail messaging for all staff (including those without phones) and reduce their ongoing maintenance and support costs which had spiralled out of control with their previous supplier. The system went in over a summer holiday break with a mixture of existing cabling along with new provided by us. We have reduced their support costs and also saved them the cost of having their ISDN30E circuit moved by BT. The PA to the Head Teacher has commented on more than one occasion that we did what we said we would and was very pleased with our efforts in general (we also look after another Greater London secondary school with virtually the same configuration as this one).
Surrey - Medical practice - Avaya IP Office with ISDN2E and 15 extensions - Voicemail using Auto Attendant - here we replaced an old BT system and implemented an auto attendant to help route patients and allow the staff to give priority to making appointments and follow ups. We made good use of the time and date profile options to provide automatic switching of call routing based on several different times of day with calls routing out of the system at night to an emergency night service cover number.
Surrey - Financial services company - Avaya IP Office with ISDN30E and 20 extensions - Voicemail using Auto Attendant - complete Cat6 cabling system - The old cabling needed renewing - this was phase one of the project - phase 2 was reduce their line and call costs and replacing their aging BT system with something that would enhance their productivity - phase three has been to introduce advanced SMS handling software for 10 of their users. Moved them into a new office a couple of years ago.
